Not every aluminium door or window problem can be solved with an off-the-shelf replacement part. Older systems, discontinued components, unusual configurations and damage to existing frames can all require a more bespoke approach.
Rock Maintenance provides bespoke aluminium fabrication, repair and installation for commercial and residential properties where standard replacement components are unavailable or unsuitable.
Our engineers can assess the existing aluminium system, identify the cause of the problem and determine whether components can be repaired, replaced or fabricated specifically for the application. This can be particularly valuable on older aluminium doors and windows where original parts have become obsolete, or where replacing an entire system would be unnecessarily disruptive and expensive.
Repair rather than replace where possible
Where practical, our first approach is to retain and repair existing aluminium systems.
Depending on the installation and its condition, this may involve replacing damaged sections, fabricating components, repairing frames, replacing hardware or adapting existing systems to restore safe and reliable operation.
For building managers, facilities managers and property professionals, this can reduce disruption while extending the working life of existing aluminium doors and windows.
