The Schuco AWS114 window was found stalled in the open position. A brief inspection discovered a water damaged main control unit and snapped service port (MCU)

Replaced Main Control Unit of Schuco TipTronic motorized actuator system.
Recommissioned MCU with the Schuco software
Programmed and commissioned the proximity sensor
Fully tested operational use.
Ensured correct function and adjusted window to optimum performance and correct sealing.
Integrated it back into the window monitoring alert network
The window system is now controlled by the buildings BMS system
Works completed.
